Before you book
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Check-in is self-service with door codes, so you can arrive whenever you like. If you need to drop off your luggage, you can do so from 11:15 am.
Is there a reception desk?
No. Before arrival we send you the instructions and access codes, and we are available by phone or WhatsApp for anything you need.
Is the bathroom inside the room?
No. Each room has its own full private bathroom for your exclusive use, but it is outside the room, a few steps down the corridor. You will find the bathroom key in your room.
Is the tourist tax included?
The Barcelona tourist tax (€6.60 per person per night, VAT included; guests aged 17+, max. 7 nights) is not included in the nightly rate. If you book on our website, it is added automatically to the total and paid together with your booking.
Can I pay in cash?
We do not accept cash, as there is no reception desk. All payments are made securely by card.
How do I get here from the airport?
Take the Aerobús and get off at Plaza de España or Gran Via – Urgell; we are a 5-minute walk from both stops. By metro, the nearest station is Rocafort (L1).
Is there parking?
We do not have our own parking, but there are public car parks very close by. Message us and we will recommend the most convenient one.
